This is an amazing feature which our switches have!!!! How will it be if we can have such a feature for life!
How is it to start your life all over again ? Just write erase and reload ?
I know an absolute restart is not possible..but whatever is possible how will it be restart it ? new thinking, new perspective, new relations, new friends, new job, new house, new place,a new beginning ....
Will the memories,past experiences haunt ? will the past relations interfere ? will your society allow you to live that life which you dream about ???
And I guess this mostly depends on the phase of life you are in !

'Relationships were never so easy' - got this from a friend. So even if we write-erase and reload what is the probability that we'll not land up in the same state as before? We come with an emotional baggage into this world and its difficult to let go too..and i'll stop this short philosophical musings right here...

Sometimes life requires changes specially new ones ... i guess with age the resetting of the config becomes more and more important :)...

I exactly thought what vinz said in her first para. And i feel the probablity is 100%. But i feel instead of write erase, power to go back in time and change it, to see a different future would have been interesting. As we now know the future we can actually change where it went wrong in the past. This is actually the concept of an complicated english movie Butterfly-effect 1, where in a smallest change in the past will lead to huge huge repercussions in the future. Do watch it or atleast read the story.(I know you hate complicated movies :)).
